VMA 2007 Winners

Here are the winners of last night's Video Music Awards:

Earth-shattering collaboration: "Beautiful Liar," Beyonce featuring Shakira
Male artist of the year: Justin Timberlake
Female artist of the year: Fergie
Best group: Fall Out Boy
Best new artist: Gym Class Heroes
Video of the year: "Umbrella," Rihanna featuring Jay-Z
Best editing: Ken Mowe for Gnarls Barkley's "Smiley Faces"
Best director: Samuel Bayer for Justin Timberlake's "What Goes Around ... Comes Around"
Best choreography: Marty Kudelka for Justin Timberlake's "Let Me Talk to You/My Love"

I was very happy to see that Fergie won Female Artist of the Year. Her song, "Big Girls Don't Cry" is my favorite song...has been for a few months. Check it out:

The biggest VMA "talk of the town" today is, of course, Britney's Spears' performance.

    I thought the performance was pitiful since it was all lyp synching and i felt that britney made a comeback just to be famous and for her fans or anything like that.

    I didn't watch it but I think it sad that she went on like that. She obviously doesn't have people around her who care enough to tell her to stop. It didn't appeared that she cared a whole lot about it.
    I am finding it ever sadder that people are making fun of her when she is obviously damaged and in need of help.

    Thanks havoc and cooper for your comments. I, too, think the performance was awful. She didn't look like she cared much about being there. I do feel sorry for her, though. People will be talking about this for weeks to come. If she was trying to make a comeback, she failed miserably. Poor girl.

    She should maybe Audition for The Pussycat Dolls b4 she pulls this stunt again!!
