Say what? Come on! What is up with the news media these days? Are they that hard up for stories? If it's not Paris, it's Lindsey - if it's not Lindsey, it's Britney! I personally couldn't care less about these girls' personal or professional lives (whatever that may be) - and I really wish the media would just go find some real news to report; but, alas, for some reason, this kind of stuff attracts readers and viewers...so it's not just going to go away.
The Times of India reports that Britney Spears was spotted making out with her personal assistant Shannon Funk during a topless romp in a swimming pool! Everyone had been ordered out of the pool area, but apparently some really nosey people still caught a glimpse of their little escapade. (I guess none of them had a camera phone to get proof of this...or at least I couldn't find one on the internet. Perhaps, if we're lucky, one will surface in a few days.)
Dailysnack.com quoted Spears' friend as saying: "Britney did get raunchy with the guys, but that was nothing compared to what she did with Shannon. Even though the hunks were hot, Britney made a beeline to cavort with Shannon. She seemed insatiable. " Oh really? That slut!
Hmmm...seems this isn't the first time these two have been caught in compromising positions, reports The Times of India. They were seen cuddling and kissing together in the street last month.
Oh, and get this: Britney fired Shannon because she felt her assistant was leading her down the wrong path! Right.
Tell me this, dear readers: Why does anyone care if Britney makes out with her assistant, or even if she turns hardcore lesbian and never looks at another man as long as she lives? I mean, how is that going to affect me? Or you? Or anyone else not personally associated with her?
Well, I guess it might bring some new readers to Spiral Journal...then it will be worth the time it took to write this post...
...or maybe not.
