TV Links - Better than a remote control!

I am a regular at this site and they keep it very well updated.

I don' t have a TV in my room...geez, I don' t even have a room right now! I am living on a stair landing! But...I digress.

Every night, when I'm done with all my online activities (or even while I'm doing them), I watch my favorite TV Shows, such as House, M.D., Star Trek: The Next Generation, X-files and Malcolm in the Middle. I'm so thankful there are places out there like this, or I might have to get up and go watch TV in the living room...EGAD!

I highly recommend TV Links to anyone who cares to watch TV on their PC.

P.S. If you find a dead link, please report it to them, so they can update it.

UPDATE 12/05/07 - Unfortunately, TV Links is no more. I'm not sure why, but I don't think they'll be coming back. I'll be on the lookout for other places and will update here when I find them. Sorry...

Convert YouTube videos to iPod format for FREE!

It's so simple!

I did a little research and found a way to find videos you like on YouTube.com and convert them to a format your iPod will recognize, or for upload on sites like Dada.net or SMS.ac. It's so easy!

1. Go to YouTube.com and find a video you like.
2. Copy the direct link URL.
3. Go to Vixy.net and paste the URL in the box.
4. Choose what type of file you want the video to be (avi, mov, mp4, 3gp, mp3).
5. Click "START" and wait for conversion to complete.
6. Download to your PC or iPod!
   

See? It's so simple!
